Served with sliced orange, cheese sticks and slivered almonds.

Tuesday: Barley Vegetable Soup.

Served with sliced apples, cheese sticks and crackers.

Wednesday: Millet and Quinoa Vegetable Stew.

Served with sliced pears, nuts and seeds.

Thursday: Whole and White bread with Churned Butter and Honey..

Served with baby carrots and nuts. Cinnamon Tea.

Friday: Oatmeal Porridge.

Served with sliced apples, nuts, raisins. Chamomile Tea.
