Snack Menu for the Week

Monday:  Basmati Rice with Tamari and Butter

Served with sliced oranges, cheese sticks and silvered almonds.

 

Tuesday: Barley Vegetable Soup

Served with sliced apples, cheese sticks. and sesame crackers.

 

Wednesday:  Millet and Quinoa Vegetable Stew

Served with baby carrots, pumpkin seeds and roasted-salted sunflower seeds.

 

 Thursday:  Bread with Churned Honey-Butter

Served with cream churned into butter, honey, sliced apples and nuts.

Cinnamon tea

 

Friday:  Porridge

Served with sliced pears, warm apples, nuts and raisins

Chamomile Tea
